Dr. Dworsky is one of the area's most experienced surgeons in cartilage transplant surgery for the knee. In addition to being one of a few surgeons board certified in Sports Medicine as well as Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Dworsky is also in a select group of surgeons performing minimally invasive arthroscopy of the hip. The American Arthroscopy Association has enlisted the expertise of Dr. Dworsky numerous times to present advanced surgical educational programs for doctors from around the world.

At Hinsdale Orthopaedics since 2004, Dr. Dworsky treats a comprehensive list of orthopaedic injuries and fractures, but holds special interests in the management and treatment of knee, shoulder and sports related injuries. He performs innovative procedures such as Arthroscopic Shoulder Rotator Cuff Repair, Labral Repairs and Stabilizations. Dr. Dworsky cares for Arthritis of the knee, hip and shoulder with advanced techniques such as computer guided surgery and Minimal Incision Arthroplasty. He treats complex shoulder replacements using Reverse Shoulder Prosthesis, designed for shoulder conditions previously thought unrepairable.

Dr. Dworsky has published numerous medical articles and has taught at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Learning Center. He currently holds the position of Director of Sports Medicine at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, preceded by his term as Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery.
