This is to notify you that Peter Hoepfner will no longer be practicing at Hinsdale Orthopaedic Associates (“HOA”) after August 20, 2010.
Please know that there are other highly qualified orthopaedic surgeons available at HOA to continue to provide you with orthopaedic care. Front Desk staff can provide you with a list as needed.
Your medical records will be retained at HOA and should you desire to obtain a copy we will provide them in accordance with our medical record policy.
Should you have any questions please feel free to ask a member of the Front Desk staff to speak to the Office Manager.
